The Hart machine was built to generate a packaged product, consisting of 288 small triangle slices (8x36), by using a 2 stage cutting process. The 304mm long stacks of product were delivered, via a conveyor to the HART machine in feed, where the Auto Feeder would complete a side transfer of the stacks, then index the stacks into their cutting position.

The Hart 3 X 12 Wrapper can wrap three to five pound loaves of slice on slice or vertically stacked ribbon cheese in a variety of films at speeds up to forty-two loaves per minute. To fit your floor plan, the 3 X 12 Wrapper comes with either a side auto in feed or C Flow auto In feed.

Sealing temp: Approx. 180 C (fin), Approx. 260 C (end)
