Shell and tube heat exchanger. Tubes and end caps are made from Monel 400 which is a corrosive resistant material made up of Nickel and Copper.

5.30m long x 400mm dia

117 tubes, 21.6mm inside dia x 4.3m long - 34sqm surface area.

Design pressure 1000KPA on the Shell and 1000KPA on the tubes

Design temp 100 deg cel.

Hyd test pressure is 1500KPA.

BEM one tube pass type heat exchanger. Lased used as a still condensor.
