Used- APV Pilot Spray Dryer, Type PSD-52 Basic Plant, 316 Stainless Steel. Electrically heated chamber 39" diameter x 28" straight side x 32" cone. Approximate capacities: Water Evaporation Rate 9.25 kg/h (at 350/90 degrees C). Maximum Inlet Air Temperature 350 degrees C. Air flow controlled 125 m3/h. Rated 1 bar (g). Openings top: 2-1/2", side: 18" side access door with 3-1/2" sight glass. 2" Center bottom outlet. Has top entering APV model CE-63 centrifugal rotary atomizer, and bottom up spray. Includes cyclone, blower, collection can, 24kW electric heater, instrument controls. Base mounted. Serial# 27060, built 1992.
