SIMON BARRON HYFLO Pellet Mill with 45kw motor. Capacity approx 1-3 tonne/hr.

Complete with starter and spare dies (4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 2 x 10mm).

The powder or material is introduced to the centre of the die and as the die rotates a set of rollers presses the material through the holes in the die. A cutter on the other side of the die cuts the exposed pellet free from the die, the length of the pellet can be determined via the cutter position.
