Used Cold Press Juicer.

350kg/hour produce. Approx 200lt/juice per hour.

The basic principle of the press is 1.1mt x 1.1mt cloths are positioned on the pressing plate and then the fruit pulp is loaded onto the cloth, then they are folded onto eachother to form a 600 x 600 bed of pulp. This is repeated until you have a layered cake of pulp. This pulp is then moved into position on the trolley to sit underneath the pressing plate. The collection plate and pulp is pressed between this and the stationary plate at the top,the juice flows through the cloth and onto the tray which has an outlet where the cold pressed juice is collected.

While your pressing a batch, another tray can be prepared so as to increase productivity.

This press is missing the fruit shredder which can be supplied as an extra.
