Stainless Steel Kibbler

Product overview

Stainless steel kibbler with 600mm long x 130mm dia twin rollers. The rollers have a pyramid style nib which helps break up and crush the product. Predominently used to crush biscuits or any other food product.

The rollers are adjustable so you can get different sized end product depending on the gap. Driven by 2 x .75kw Variable speed geared drives.

Inside the hopper is a rotating stainless arm which stops poduct bridging and allows the product to be directed down onto the rollers.

The hopper can be opened up by one person  for cleaning and maintenance purposes.

The Kibbler is fed by an infeed conveyor  which is cleated. The cleats are 250mm wide and is driven by a .37kw SEW drive.

The outfeed conveyor collects the product directly underneath the Kibbler so that it can take the product out and up to a screen or back to production for rework.

The line is set up with magnetic safety interocks and is 4mt long x 4mt wide

The discharge height of the outfeed conveyor is 1.8mt.
