Stainless steel batching plant.

Plant consists of a loading screw auger hopper which feeds dry material into a mixing tank, from here the solution is mixed and then can be recirculated via an inline emulsifier pump, once emuslfied the solution can go into a holding tank with a stirrer.

This plant was designed to mix up a Talc solution at a rate of 4500kg/hr.

The screw auger is 250mm dia and holds approx 500kg.

The first mixing tank is 1.2m dia x 1.2m deep, 1300L and is on load cells.

The inline emulsifier is 11kw

The second mixing tank is 1.5m dia x 1.5m deep, 2500L, 1.5kw agitator

All mounted on a skid.
