Product overview

Falling film, three stage evaporator with polisher, all food grade stainless steel construction.
50mm dia tubes approx 7.5mt long. Approx 100 tubes.
 
It was last putting through 15,000lt per hr of produce to generate approximately 6500kg of product per hr.  This unit was last used on a yeast extract with approx 30% solids.

A falling film evaporator is a type of evaporator that is essentially a vertical shell and tube heat exchanger. The liquid being evaporated is fed from the bottom into long tubes and heated with steam condensing on the outside of the tube from the shell side.

Currently dismantled and in our Mebourne warehouse ready for transporting. No framework or platforms supplied.Some pumps are included.

Steam required 2000kg.hr at 10bar
