Sepamatic 2000M Meat Separator. Removes sinews and cartilage from roughly dissected meat and produces a coarse top-quality meat with structured fiber ready for processing

Currently setup with a 2.5mm Screen and also comes with a spare  brand new 1.3mm Stainless Screen.
