Classifier/Fibre Separator, this unit was last used to separate the fibre from rubber granules that came out of used car tyres.

Rubber granules are fed into the top cyclone via a fan, then a rotary valve controls the feed into the main classfier where a blade mechanism separates the fibre and rubber before they each come out of different outlets.

Capacity up to 500kg/hr, 5.5kw fan, 415Volt.

This unit was last used in the rubber and tyre recycling industry.
