Jacketed Stainless Steel Horizontal vessel with internal mixing screw. This unit was last used to cool cottage cheese.

This unit could be used as a cooker, cooler or continuous mixer. It is jacketed in the trough, 5.5m long, variable speed drive, has an internal mixing auger that is 750mm in diameter.

Inlet 1m dia, outlet 300mm.
Main shaft 120mm diam solid st/steel 
Variable speed drive 3kw, Speed range 4rpm to 24rpm, through Triplex sprocket.
