Dual lane tray filler and sealer.

This food grade machine was designed to hot fill trays of 9 cubes with baby food then seal the tray.

Trays are dropped into the conveyor, the filling head fills the cubes, then the heat sealers seals the top of the tray.

Last used on baby food puree, however the piston filler can pump thick suaces, butter and otehr thick food stuffs.

The machine has been very well maintained and is operational.

This machine could easily be modified to suit a number of different package sizes and layouts.

Currently located in QLD and can be inspected if required.
