Stainless Steel 400L Ribbon Blender.

This new SS ribbon blender has a working capacity of around 300L or less, it is designed for the blending of dry materials. With a hinged lid and SS grate it allows great access to the top of the blender for loading raw materials and cleaning after mixing.

Materials are only required to be blended for a short period to ensure consistent mixing throughout.

There is a timer on the control box so a set time can be programmed and the operator can walk away from the blender.

Discharge is via a central bottom outlet that has a pneumatic trap door. Open/Close of the trap door is performed at the control box.

The blender is driven by a 5.5kw 415V geared motor at 50 rpm.

Overall dimensions of the blender are 1600mm long x 950mm wide x 1600mm tall, the outlet is 600mm from the ground.
