Product overview

The sleeve applicator is made by Graham Sleeving and labelling in the UK.
The  Sleeving system applies and shrinks a full body sleeve to a range of empty or full bottles to operate at 100 bottles per minute, based on a maximum sleeve cut length of 210mm.

CONVEYOR:

Footprint of section:  9850mm long by 720mm wide

The conveyor is  9.85 meters in length of height performance 102mm stainless steel slat band conveyor able to handle containers up to 120mm wide.

The conveyor sides, product guide rails and body are in stainless steel. Catchment/Drip trays are supplied.

3. SLEEVE APPLICATOR WITH ACCESSORIES.

One Sleeving system to apply and shrink a full body sleeve to a range of empty or full bottles to operate at 100 bottles per minute, based on a maximum sleeve cut length of 210mm.

The system is designed to handle a range of round and oval products, from 25mm to 205mm, and a height range of 20mm to 250mm.

Products current tooling can cater for are :

1. 560gr Round container 97.53mm diameter x 115.15mm high.

2. 250ml Round with waist bottle 73mm maximum diameter x 53.8mm centre waisted section x 172mm high.

3. 750g barrel style bottle 119.5mm maximum diameter x 82.8mm diameter neck x 186.9mm high.

4. 375g barrel style bottle 96mm maximum diameter x 82.8mm diameter neck x 127.1mm high.

5. 700ml oval swan necked shaped bottle 57.3mm wide x 113.7mm long x 241.3mm high.

6. 500ml oval swan necked shaped bottle 52mm wide x 91.5mm long x 205mm high.

System includes:

Sleeve applicator: 1 x RF150 dispense head with a 165mm cutter and one set of change parts.

Material reel holder: 1 x Front of machine mounted single 500mm outside diameter material reel holder.

Printed material gap detector: For round and oval products.

Rectangular bottle assembly: Double crease assembly for oval/rectangular shape bottles.

Material perforator: 1 x Machine mounted pin-prick assembly to release trapped air in the wasted section of the bottles during shrinking.

Alarms: 1 x Amber beacon for visible warning of low material full spool.1 x Red beacon for visible warning of end of material full spool.

Pitching device: Twin scroll assembly – with one size scroll, and queue control sensor to ensure scroll only operates once choke fed with products.

Line control: Product build back sensor for line control - linked to start/stop the scroll.

Material wipe down assemblies: 1 x Pair of fixed speed motorized flails.

Sleeve height positioning: A pair of adjustable Sleeve positioning belts are supplied.

1 x Hot air gun kit with guards to “lock” the “centre” sleeve into position..

1 x Hot air gun kit with guards to finish off shrink around bottle neck.

4. BOILER  which includes a Copper feed water tank:
