Beef Stock Plant

Beef bone stock/soup plant, designed to produce 4 mt bone stock per day at 60 brix .

Bones were placed into the stainless steel cages then lowered into the 10kl cookers, once cooked the liquid then would be pumped to the settling tank where the oil was taken off, the soup would then be pumped into the concentration tank , then into the mixing tank after that it would be pumped through the homogenizer then finally  through the concentration tank and filters.

Could be set up to make vegetable stock.

Consists of:

2 x 10,000Lt stainless steel extractor cookers

1 x 4000lt stainless steel sperator tank

1 x 3000lt stainless steel oil storage tank

2 x 6500lt stainless steel concentration tanks with heat exchanger/condensor

1 x 800lt stainless steel jacketed mix tank

1 x 800lt single skin storage tank

1 x homogeniser

Includes various stainless pumps, 2 x vacuum pumps, stainless filters and hand rail.

This plant was only used for 3 months, currently in storage and is ready for shipping.
