Bag in Box and Case packer

Product overview

This line consists of two major packaging equipment components. It was set up to put a bag of biscuits  into a box then put the  boxes of product into cartons.

1) Kliklok (Woodman) Model SFR Automatic Horizontal Cartoner. Capable of speeds from 30 to 120 cartons per minute,Has Nordson hot melt glue system.Year 2007.

2) HMPS5000 series fully automatic wrap around case packer, Alan bradly PLC control. Year of Machine 2006. Speeds of up to 30 cartons per minute.

HMPS - OUTER CARTON:  12 per carton, External dimensions 364x280x170mm (LxWxH)

These case packers eliminate end of line labour constraints.

Packaging various products in wrap around,end load, sleeve or tray style cartons. The system erects, loads and seals cartons within one compact fully integrated machine. All major internal components are constructed of stainless steel, ensuring a long low maintenance life.
