Used- Sharples PM-55000 Super-D-Canter Centrifuge, 304 Stainless Steel Construction On Product Contact Areas. Maximum bowl speed 2480 rpm, discharge ports with liners, 8” single lead conveyor with STC wear protection tiles, P98 gearbox, base, casing with  top cover. Includes a feed pipe. No main drive motor, sub-base, back drive, lube system,  guards, or control panel.

Two-phase decanters – also called clarifying decanters – are employed for continuously separating solids from liquids with high solid contents. The bowl's high speed of rotation in these decanters causes the solids to deposit on the bowl walls from where the built-in screw conveyor continuously transports them to the outlet from where they are discharged. The clarified liquid that is then almost completely free of solids leaves the separation chamber through openings at the other end of the bowl.
