The blades are a paddle type ribbon, which help to make the mixing time more efficient and less damage to the product being mixed.

6 inch centre discharge, blender is mounted on steel frame.

Also comes complete with a stainless steel platform with stairs. Very helpful for loading blender with raw ingredients.

Complete with control panel and variable speed drive.

7.5kw, 415V, Blade speed is 29 rpm.

Last used in a food plant to mix chia seeds.
