Stainless Steel 135 Litre vessel.

Internal dimensions are 370mm dia x 1250mm deep.

Hinged lid with silicone gasket, pressure relief valve fitted with 50mm triclover fitting for infeed.

3 x 100mm glass inspection ports on the side

CIP spray balls and three ports down the side of the vessel.

100mm Outlet with 2 x  50mm triclover fittings with butterfly valves.

Bottom can be opened via the hinged door at the base.

Looks to be unused.

Hop tang is a piece of equipment for dry hopping of beer – adding of hop extract to finalize beer after brewing and fermentation process.

Dry hopping does not increase the bitterness of beer, while supporting hop aroma. Effective extraction of hops reduce the consumption of hops. This device is very simple to use and can be easily integrated into existing beer fermentation and bottling compartment.
