This stainless steel FOGG Filler and Capper is a 24 head filler and 4 head capper that has been packing predominantly 230 ml volumes into HDPE bottles for Juice.   It's fitted with plastic chain type conveyor  wide to pass the bottles through the unit.  The filler has reservoir tank of approximately 200lt.

Units per hour based on water viscous and gravity feed this machine will do around 120 bottles per minute
based on 300ml.

The unit comes with a bottle elevator and unscrambler also a snap capper which has been set up for capping 38mm diameter caps on a secondary station carousel on a continuous automatic process. It is fully stainless steel constructed and features automatic level control to the filling head tank.
