Fluid Bed Dryer

Stainless steel fluid bed dryer, tray size is 4.5m long x 0.5m wide with 2mm perforated St/Steel mesh.

Moist material is fed onto a shaking perforated st/steel bed through which the drying air flows. The air is of sufficient volume that it lifts, or 'fluidises', the bed of material allowing intimate contact with each particle.

The air is heated via a gas burner on the inlet of the fan.

The bed vibrates courtesy of two vibrating motors mounted on either side of the bed.

Inlet size for moist material is 200mm dia.

Comes with ducting, fan and vibrating motors.Not assembled.
