This bag sealer is designed to handle extra large and/or extra heavy bags. Typical products being packaged with this unit can be Construction aggregates, pet food, grains, charcoal, mulch, smoking chips, rocks, textiles, fertilisers, pellets etc. Equipped with a powerful extra long conveyor and a sealing system capable of sealing the thickest bag materials.

Seal width: 10mm

Compatible with most bag formats: Pillow, Pouch, Sack, Open mouth, stand up, Doypack, Gusseted, Multiply, Flat bottom.

Seals: Most heat sealable bags, BOPP, PVC, PE, PU, BoPET, Cello, Laminated bags.

Recommended bag height: 406mm - 914mm / 16-36 inches

Max distance from bag opening to top of seal: 100mm

Temp range: 0-300C

Max bag weight: 22.67kg / 50lbs

Adjustable conveyor speed to max: 8 metres/min.

Conveyor width: 270mm

Fan has been removed from unit.

Minor fascia damage to one of the temperature controllers. Still servicable.
