FOGG Filler JUICE LINE/HOT Fill

Product overview

Fogg Filler with Zalkin pick and place capper, last doing Powerade Bottles and Nestea - can handle 500ml,600ml, 750ml and 1000ml bottles.

The line was last running 150 bpm at 750ml bottles.

Line consists of:

Fiber King DePalletiser

AVE 48 head rinser (Made in Spain)

36 Head Fogg Filler - Model FAA 3610 LH, with CIP ring main for cleaning, change parts, spares, control panel and manuals.

Zalkin pick and place 10 head capper currently set at 38 mm. The screw on lid has an integrated push / pull sports cap.

Overcapper for the plastic dust cap and Ennercon Compak  Induction sealer (ML0012-02) for the foil seal under cap.

Bottle rinser which rinses the bottle before filling.

Bottle cooling tunnel to bring down the temp of the product after filling. Made by Sturton-Gill 

Bottle air dryer blows off residual water after the cooling tunnel.

2 x Fibre King Wrap Around Case Overpacker - suitable for 24x300ml, 12x600ml, 24x600ml, 12x750ml, 12x1000ml - with change parts.

Approx 80 meter of Bottle conveyor including bends.

Last used for hot filling POWERADE Bottles.

Ideal for sauce,juice or any other beverage.
