Powder Filling Line

Complete tub filling line.

This line was setup to fill 400g, 600g and 750g tubs with powder and apply foil lids and plastic screw caps. It can be configured to fill tubs between 100grams and 1000grams per unit.

Consists of the following:

- St/Steel Rotary Table to feed empty tubs into line

- Twin Head Volumetric Powder filler with screw auger feed for bulk powder

- Metal Detector

- Check Weigher with reject arm

- Cap Applicator - 22-85mm caps

- Labeller, both top of cap and side of tub labels 

- Foil lid heat shrink applicator

- Rotary Table for collection of finished tubs

Fill rate of up to 25units per minute.
