KHS Palletiser

The Innopal PBL-1 is your optimum choice when it comes to loading tasks in the beverage, food and non-food industries in the low to medium-capacity range. The palletizer can be individually adapted to suit your requirements thanks to its integrated level compensation. Highly flexible and with a twin-column design, this pallet loader helps you to process your non-returnable packaging such as cartons, trays, shrink packs, individual packets and bags as well as returnable packaging such as low-wall plastic crates, quickly, precisely and flexibly. The cost-effective twin-column palletizer achieves a throughput of up to 150 layers/h.

Well thought out

Our palletizer can optionally be equipped with a pallet liner magazine with a manual or automatic liner supply to provide you with optimum conditions for your beverage filling. The space required for the Innopal PBL-1 is very small thanks to the absence of the conventional layer preparation station. You can also choose between low and high packaging feed depending on your requirements.
