Complete Bottle Filling Line for carbonated and non-carbonated drinks is glass bottles, currently located on the Sunshine Coast QLD. To be sold as one line.

Consists of:

Bottle Filler - BARIDA(Italy) ISO/4/1V-A4, YOM: 2017, Monoblock with Arol ROPP Capper, Model: TSI-Eagle VA, change parts for 330ml and 750ml bottles, with outfeed table.

Labeller - CDa (French) R1000 R1500

Bottle Rinser - Tardito (Italy)- SM4

Coder - Weber X1 Jet, includes encoder for repeat placement and interface to labeller

Carbonation Tank - Gortani 1500Litre, double wall, access door, fittings.

Chiller - MTA TAE evo Tech 081

Compressor - 7.5hp with dryer to 4deg, includes lines and hoses 

Desiccant Dryer - WDID 8DA NIB -40degC

Sterilisation and Filtration System - UV systems and pre filtration, silver system, SIWT100A40T-1B

Softening System - 16" Ion Exchange filter 

Circulation Pumps, SS pipework, SONDEX Heat Exchanger and valves.

Forklift - Toyota 32-8FG18, 4.3m, 3 stage 2017

Can be inspected onsite in QLD.
