Continuous Blancher

Durable stainless-steel blancher designed with dual conveyors for efficient processing.

The unit features a water bath with heating elements capable of reaching temperatures up to 95°C. Currently fitted with one conveyor, it also includes an additional conveyor that can be installed to keep products fully submerged as they move through the bath.

For easy maintenance, the entire conveyor assembly can be lifted out for thorough cleaning.

The conveyor is variable speed and has two st/steel hoods to contain the steam.
