Product overview
Pyrolysis plant was last used to convert HDPE plastic waste into diesel/oil .
Only used for 3 months.
Was able to convert 1 tonne of HDPE into approx 750 litres of diesel/oil.
14-16hr startup, then once operating each batch takes approx 12 hrs. Each batch can do approx 10 tonne of HDPE waste which will produce approx 7500lt of diesel/oil.

Pyrolysis is a thermal decomposition of materials at elevated temperatures in an inert
atmosphere such as a vacuum gas. Pyrolysis is most commoly applied to the treatment
of organic materials. In general, pyrolysis of organic substances produces volatile
products and leaves a solid residue enriched in carbon, char. However, it’s almost
impossible that only pyrolysis process produces useful oil as fuel. Eco Creation applies a
rotary kiln, which has been proved successful compared to other types of reactors, for
the pyrolysis process. On the top of that, Eco Creation developed a catalyst process and
a distillation process, which enables its’ customers make outstanding performances
