Vertical Form, Fill and Seal Machine with dual linear feeders and weigh heads.

This FFS machine is suitable for packing chunky materials, such as chips, nuts, confectionary etc. Not suitable for powders or liquids.

Currently set up to make a bag that is 175mm wide at the top and bottom seal.

The length of the bag can be varied.

Variable temp on both vertical and horizontal sealer bars.

The vibrating feeders have Eriez vibrating motors fitted.

The unit is on wheels and overall dims are: 1.2m deep x 0.9m wide x 1.9m high.

Was last filling bags of fried chips.

Runs Well.
