The plough shear mixer operates using specially designed plough-shaped mixing elements mounted on a horizontal shaft. As the shaft rotates the ploughs lift and fold materials within the chamber, creating intense three-dimensional movement. This action ensures rapid and even distribution of ingredients, making the mixer ideal for applications in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, and building materials.
