Fruit/Veg wash,shred juicing Line

Product overview

This line consisist of three major pieces of equipment.

Stainless steel washer with incline conveyor, Centrifugal mill, belt press.

Wash trough 2m long x 700mm wide. Incline cleated belt 400mm wide.

The fruit/veg is loaded into the wash trough which is full of water, the blowers push the product towards the incline belt, it travels up the cleated belt into the next section.

After washing the produce is loaded into the incline conveyor this feeds the RM2.2 Voran centrifugal mill, this mill reduces the fruit/veg to a mash/pomace.

After milling the mash/pomace feeds directly into the EBP 350 Screen Belt press, 

The Belt press with pneumatic belt tensioner, automatic belt control and high pressure belt cleaner.

The mash/pomace is applied to the belt in a uniform layer by the adjustable metering box, at the end of the pressing sequence the pomace is removed from the belt by a scraper.

The juice goes out through a final sieve and then can be sent to a storage tank or filler.

The complete line is approx 7m long x 2m wide.

The throughput of the centrifugal mill is approx 1000kg hr 

The throughput of the Belt press is approx 300Kg hr.
