Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty Pre-Breaker with Incline Auger

This robust stainless steel pre-breaker is engineered for efficient size reduction of large materials prior to further processing. The unit features an integrated incline auger for smooth material transfer and consistent throughput.

• Auger Specifications: 300 mm diameter, 4.2 m length

• Discharge Height: 2.3 m

• Pre-Breaker Shaft: Equipped with multiple stainless steel cutters, powered by a 4 kW geared motor

• Main Auger Drive: 7.5 kW geared motor

• Speed Control: Both motors are equipped with variable speed drives, allowing precise control of shaft speeds for optimized performance

• Mobility: Fitted with wheels for easy relocation, or can be operated as a fixed installation

This system has never been used and is built to a high standard for durability and reliability.
